Attorney Robert McMillin served in the United States Marine Corps from 1989-1995, including in Operation Desert Storm, prior to attending the University of Southern Mississippi and Tulane Law School on a merit-based scholarship.

Attorney Robert McMillin specializes in DWI defense and is a member of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), and the DUI Defense Lawyers Association (DUIDLA) attorney organizations which includes the best and most experienced DUI and DWI defense attorneys in the country.
